Terms of Service

By using BloggyHub you agree to these terms. They're written in plain
language. If anything is unclear, email us.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any AI provider keys you paste into the platform secure.
- One person per account. Don't share credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, or use it to generate illegal or prohibited content.
Content you generate
- You own the content BloggyHub generates on your behalf and the content you publish to your sites through the platform.
- You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with the laws of the countries it's published in and the terms of any sources you scrape.
- You're responsible for the AI provider costs incurred by your usage. We display these costs in your dashboard; we do not resell or mark up AI tokens.
Halal content baseline
BloggyHub is built around a halal-content baseline that runs on every
article before it reaches your site. You can tighten this filter per
workspace; you cannot disable it. Attempting to bypass the halal layer
is a terms violation.
Service availability
- We aim for high availability but we don't promise uptime SLAs at this stage.
- We may push updates that change the product. Material changes will be communicated by email.
- Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in-app.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable
for content you publish, search-engine rankings, AI-provider outages,
or downstream consequences of using the platform. Maximum aggregate
liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes & termination
- You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
- We may update these terms; you'll be notified if changes materially affect you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes go through
Moroccan courts unless we mutually agree to an alternative.
